After three months of installation and construction, our factory's solar photovoltaic power generation project has been fully completed and officially put into operation in October 2022. The project is a rooftop distributed system, with photovoltaic panels installed on nearly all our factory buildings'roofs. The annual power generation is projected to reach 1 million kWh, accounting for nearly 20% of our annual electricity consumption.
On August 1, 2022, after nearly one and half years of construction, a new 4-storey factory building in Fengxue Rubber was officially put into use. This new factory building has four floors and a total floor area of 12,800 square meters. The first floor is mainly used as a warehouse for shoe lasts and raw materials. The second floor has been used as the packaging and stitching workshops. The third and fourth floors are used as the warehouse of finished products. This new plant has largely alleviated the crowded situation of our production and warehousing areas. At the same time, the working environment for our workers has also been greatly improved. The space freed up in the original plant also provides the prerequisites for future capacity expansion.
